Shipping Policies

• USA/Canada- LUUKAA's Online store accepts orders and ships to customers in the United States and Canada; international ordering may be available through an authorized LUUKAA Distributor.
• US Sales Tax - Collected for orders shipped to California.
• International VAT - Customers from Canada are liable for their respective country's import duties, taxes, and fees (final VAT is not included in order).
• Free Ground Shipping - Available for orders $150 or more to the 48 continuous US states only.
• Shipping Delivery Time - Shipping methods denote the delivery time once your order is shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, California.
• PO Boxes, APO Addresses & Freight Forwarders - To combat mail order fraud, we do not ship to PO Boxes and Freight Forwarders. We unfortunately cannot ship to military APO addresses due to Homeland Security procedures.
• Required Signature - To combat fraud and theft, all orders over $199 require a signature upon delivery.

In Stock items for orders over $150.00 receive free ground shipping in the contiguous (lower-48) United States. These items ship directly from our warehouse in San Diego, California and will arrive in 1-7+ business days, depending on your location.

Taxes, Import Duties & Exceptions

Sales Tax
LUUKAA collects sales tax in California (7.75%).

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Import Fees
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are not included. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). These fees will be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees and for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not have any responsibility on any additional charges that may apply.

Tax Exempt Organizations
If you are a tax exempt organization (such as a school), please include your tax exemption information with your order by adding it to the special notes field provided on the shopping cart form prior to checkout. We'll review your information after your order is submitted and, if tax exemption is qualified, adjust your order.

LUUKAA accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple® Pay. Apple Pay is available on supported iPhones® and Macintosh® computers.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges and store credit are free. We send you a prepaid return label at no cost, and you choose a different size, a different piece, or store credit for later.

For refunds to your original payment method, a $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. We send the label and the fee covers its cost. The fee applies once per return shipment, not per item - send everything back in one box and you pay it once. If a return includes both an exchange and a refund, the label is free and the fee applies only to the refunded item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@luukaa.com and ask for a return label directly from our team. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect items are always resolved at no cost to you and are not subject to the return shipping fee.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. Contact us at support@luukaa.com with your order number and the size or piece you'd like instead, and we'll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions. Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll arrange your exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Where you choose a refund rather than an exchange or store credit, the $9.95 return shipping fee applies.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $9.95 return shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
